Dili, 16/09/2024 – Vice-Executive Director of SERVE, I.P., Mrs. Agusta Antónia Gomes, participated in the signing ceremony of the Purchase and Sale Deed for Timor Gap as a member of the Consortium for the field and Bayu-Undan. In this agreement, Timor Gap will acquire 16% of participation interest in the Bayu Undan project, with an effective economic date of July 1, 2024. This ceremony was held at City Hall 8 Manleuana, Dili, Timor-Leste.
