On the March 6, 2024 both SERVE,IP and BNCTL-Banco Nacional de Comercio de Timor-Leste hold the meeting to discuss the launching of new product of BNCTL agent banking on electronic payment and transfer for BNCTL customer and account holders, the meeting also include discussion on how the BNCTL agents are to be incorporated and trained, as well as the current situation of access to finance and or loans.
