Aileu, October 25, 2024, Executive Director of SERVE,I.P. participated in a seminar in Aileu Municipality and also became the third speaker to share information and explain about the process of business registration in SERVE,I.P.. He says, the institution has obligation purpose to disseminate information related to legislation which regulate the economic activity in Timor-Leste.
The occasion marks the explanation about the laws and decree laws that are relevant for the constitution of companies regarding the types of company or companies such as, ENIN, Unipessoal, Lda, Por Quotas, Lda, S.A, R.P. and E.P. and also the requirements of these types of companies.
The seminar was opened by the Representative of the President of the local authority, the Municipal Secretary, and was attended by local entrepreneurs, Aileu students, local authorities in the administrative posts of Aileu Municipality.
