Baucau, Executive Director of SERVE,I.P., Mr. Fausto Soares Dias, accompanied by the Business Registration Supervisor, visited the SERVE,I.P branch of Baucau. On this visit, the current Executive Director said that this visit is a surprise visit to see the service being carried out and what has being done in this branch.
In his turn, the coordinator of the SERVE,I.P. branch of Baucau, Mr. Bendito Torrezão, said thanks to the visit of the Executive Director and Supervisor for Business Registration to see the customer service work that is being done and also the existing assets used to carry out the work.
Meanwhile Mr. Raul Sanches Lajes, left a message to the branch Coordinator saying that it is important to divide tasks equally so that the customer service is better than before and in the future.
Finally, this visit ended with the delivery of a payment machine via ATM, POS, to make it easier for the public to pay fees.
