Dili, May 12, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE, I.P., Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, opened the training session for SERVE,I.P. staff on the implementation of decree-law number 83/2022 of 23 November. This training aims to prepare the employees of this institution for the implementation of the decree-law that will come into force on June 1st of this year.
