O objectivo deste semin\u00e1rio era divulgar informa\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que regula a actividade econ\u00f3mica em Timor-Leste.\nNesta mesma ocasi\u00e3o, o Diretor Executivo da SERVE, I.P explicou sobre leis e decreto-leis que s\u00e3o relevantes relacionadas com constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa, bem como o tipo de empresas (ENIN, Unipessoal. Lda, Sociedade Por Quotas, Lda, Sociedade An\u00f4nima, Representa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente e Empresa P\u00fablica) e ainda os requisitos deste tipo de empresas.\nO semin\u00e1rio de abertura foi aberto pelo Representante do Presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Aileu, o Secret\u00e1rio Municipal e contou com a presen\u00e7a de empres\u00e1rios locais, estudantes de Aileu, autoridades locais nos postos administrativos do Munic\u00edpio de Aileu.<br \/>\nThe occasion marks the explanation about the laws and decree laws that are relevant for the constitution of companies regarding the types of company or companies such as, ENIN, Unipessoal, Lda, Por Quotas, Lda, S.A, R.P. and E.P. and also the requirements of these types of companies.<br \/>\nThe seminar was opened by the Representative of the President of the local authority, the Municipal Secretary, and was attended by local entrepreneurs, Aileu students, local authorities in the administrative posts of Aileu Municipality.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aileu, 25\/10\/2024- Diretor Executivo do SERVE,I.P. participou num semin\u00e1rio no Munic\u00edpio de Aileu.
