Dili, June 28, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,I.P., Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, with the work team, met with the National Director of Civil Aviation Licensing Authority of Timor-Leste (AACTL) and his team. At that meeting, was approached the issue of licenses and authorizations for the exercise of economic activity which requires a recommendation by AACTL.
