The implementation of decree-law number 83/2022 of November 23 results in the issuance of documents such as:

1 – Preliminary Declaration or Prior Notification to Commence Economic Activity(ies) – for activities that are not subject to Sectoral License(s);

2 – Preliminary Declaration or Prior Notification to Commence Economic Activity(ies) – for activities subject to Sectoral License(s).

3 – Request or Application for Sectoral License(s).
