Dili, July 31, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, and the work team presented the institution’s proposal for the amending budget to the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs, Mr. Francisco Kalbuady Lay. All affiliated institutions were present at this meeting before submitting their proposals to CROP 2023.
