Dili, July 18, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, participates in the training of the Capacity Building program organized by ASEAN secretariat technical mission to Timor-Leste. This training lasted three days and was held at the Maubara Room in Timor Plaza. The objective of this training was to provide participants with the understanding of key obligations of the agreement on trade in goods (ATIGA) in ASEAN and preparation for the implementation of ATIGA when Timor-Leste is accepted as a member.
