This participation is a symbol of to strengthening the fraternity and prosperity between the two institutions that have always being working together to contribute to the development of the nation until nowadays. The event took place at the Esperança room, Delta, Dili. Also participates in this commemoration the outgoing minister MCAE, Mr. Eng. Joaquim Amaral and directors of several institutions.
