Dili, June 6, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florêncio Sanches was part of the training offered by the World Bank for the establishment of the National Commission for Trade Facilitation (CONFAC) and the WTO trade facilitation agreement. This training, which was held at the IFC (International Finance Corporation), had the participation and opening of the Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Domingos Lopes Antunes and also the participation of institutions such as AEMTL, APORTIL, Alfândega, IQTL, Porto de Tibar, among others.
