Dili, June 2, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florencio da Conceição Sanches, was part of the meeting held this day on consultation to define a draft to regulate financial companies. This meeting was organized by the Central Bank of Timor-Leste (BCTL), the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank Group. The Timorese private sector and institutions considered relevant to this process participated in this important meeting.
