Dili, April 18, 2023, Business Registration Supervisor, Ms. Noemia Amaral, together with the work team and on behalf of the Executive Director of SERVE, I.P., presented the implementation of DL 83/2022 that will succeed the current DL 34/2017 to the regulatory bodies/ministerial lines. This new decree-law will bring about reforms to the articles of decree-law 34/2017, the reform of the licensing system and the workflow of this system that will be implemented shortly in the country.
