Hera, March 17, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, was present at the launch of the fish hatchery in Hera. This nursery, owned by Keshavarsz Great Timor Unipessoal, Lda, was launched by the Timorese Prime Minister, Mr. Taur Matan Ruak accompanied by Cardinal Dom Virgílio do Carmo. The Minister MCAE, Eng. Joaquim Amaral, representative of the Ambassador of the United States of America, the Australian Ambassador, International NGOs and also positions of directors of the various ministries.
