Dili, February 21, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,IP, Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, took part in the launch of the 2023 Innovative Business Plan competition with the theme “Hadia ó nia moris ho livestock business”. This event took place at the IADE building, in Mandarin, Dili, and was launched by the Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs (MCAE), Mr. Eng. Joaquim Amaral, accompanied by the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry, Mr. Antunes Lopes and guests from relevant ministries as well as past winners of this competition.
