Dili, January 6th, 2023, Executive Director of SERVE,I.P., Mr. Florêncio da Conceição Sanches, participates in the ceremony of inauguration of the new presidents of ANLA, I.P. and AND, I.P. at Tower buiding, Dili, Timor-Leste. In this inauguration ceremony, the main message was to strengthen the capacity of the public service environment to ensure and guarantee good governance in Timor-Leste.
