The legal advisors from Office of MRLAP and the World Bank Group – IFC held the coordination meeting with SERVE, IP to update the findings and confirmed that 50% of 60 recommendations  required by SERVE, IP to the relevant ministries and government agencies were not necessary to request for, and suggest SERVE, IP to issue the authorization certificate immediately upon registration and given opportunity to business to conduct their business activities.
MRLAP, SERVE, IP and World Bank Group-IFC will held training which include all staff as well as from line ministries for better understanding on the law and regulations by creating the working group in very near future.
